dispatcher to define the position of transport vehicles accurate within a few meters.
Transport Vehicle Condition Monitoring
In real-time mode, dispatcher receives the exact data on velocity, movement direction and onboard sensors
state. In case of emergency situation, dispatcher gets alarm system notification immediately.
Route Following Control
Dispatcher performs a complete control of transport vehicle following a route defined in route chart.
In case of route deviation that exceeds certain pre-defined distance, dispatcher gets alarm
message from the system.
Operative Communication with Dispatcher
In case of emergency messages, dispatcher can promptly contact a driver, change the route if necessary,
find the best way to closest filling station or parking lot, call emergency or rescue services.
Route Chart Creation
Dispatcher has an opportunity to prepare and print a route chart for each transport vehivle. All the
necessary information from route chart is being inserted into database of operator center to solve the
future tasks of enterprise fleet management.
Fuel Consumption Control
Real fuel consumption is being defined on the base of determined consumption rate and real mileage
according to vehicle monitoring data. These data are available for further automatic or manual processing.
Statistical Archive Creation
Information on transport vehicle routes and conditions is stored in database allowing, if necessary,
to request the traffic history for previous day, week, month.
Automatic Documenting
Information on transport vehicle routes and conditions is stored in database of control center
even if dispatcher's console is disconnected from the system.
High Performance and Reliability
Message delivery from transport vehicle to control center takes much less time than in systems using
common SMS technology for data transmission.
Low Maintenance Cost
The system is built on the base of GPRS data transmission technology resulting in extremely low
expenses related to system operation. GPRS allowing data transmission at high speed rate, with
no necessity to engage voice channel.
